August 3rd Game Content Adjustments

1. Added new Main Story and Time Rift Feats.
2. Added a new total log-in Feat for 736 days, offering these rewards: Special Hero Card Background and an SSR Weapon Selection Pack. Added a new total log-in Feat for 999 days, offering these rewards: Langrisser I-V Hero Selection Pack.
3. Added a 3x battle speed function.
4. Added Langrisser IV battle music.
Stage and Battle:
1. Fixed the display order of the hero talent bar. The buff effects of Rean and Arianrhod's [Ashen Chevalier] and [Steel Maiden] talents will now be displayed at the top.
2. Fixed an issue with the skill [Roar]'s before battle and [Eye of the Storm]'s after battle dispel special effects.
3. Fixed an issue where Scarlet Reaper's [Murderous Desire] after battle follow-up effect would affect friendly units when certain debuffs were present.
4. Optimized certain monster skill special effects: Phoenix [Phoenix Fury], Anikis [Macho Blast], Thunder Dragon [Wind Dragon], and Cavalry Golem [Energy Store].
5. Fixed an issue where AI would not automatically cast [Roast] in auto battle mode.
6. Fixed an error with the monster skill [Forest Guard]'s applied buff special effect.
