Goddess of Genesis Service Termination Announcement

Since its launch, Goddess of Genesis has been widely supported and loved by many of its loyal Chosen Ones.
However, we are very sorry to announce that: Due to a reallocation of operational resources, Goddess of Genesis will officially cease operation and shut down its servers on June 10th, 2021 at 14:00 (GMT +7). After the servers are shut down, character data will not be retained.
[Shutdown Schedule]
• May 13th, 2021 (Thursday)at 14:00 (GMT +7), new user registration and recharge functions will be terminated. Game servers will continue to run, and players who have already created characters can still play the game until the servers are shut down.
• June 10th, 2021 (Thursday) at 14:00 (GMT +7), game servers will be shut down and you will not be able to log in to the game. After the servers are shut down, all account data and character information will be cleared.
[Compensation Plan]
1. Goddess of Genesis Compensation
On May 10th, 2021, we will issue 1,760 Starstones, 10 Genesis Tarot, 10 Destiny Tarot, and 10 Artifact Tarot to all Chosen Ones as compensation for the closure.
2. Gift Pack Compensation Service
For Chosen Ones who have recharged in Goddess of Genesis, log in to either Goddess of Genesis Traditional Chinese Edition, only available in Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan, Langrisser SEA, Laplace M - Vùng Đất Gió, or Laplace M to receive a corresponding gift pack.

If you require the gift pack compensation service, please send an email to our official customer service email address: gog_gm@zlongame.com and provide the following information:
① Goddess of Genesis character server, character name, and character ID. Please affix your purchase order screenshots if possible.
② The character server, character name, and character ID of the character in the game you'd like your gift pack sent to.
Note: 1. Characters in these other games must be created after May 10th 2021 to be eligible for gift pack compensation.
2. The gift pack compensation service is only available for any 1 of the four games stipulated.
Example: If you apply for a Langrisser SEA gift pack, you won't be able to apply for a gift pack for Goddess of Genesis Traditional Chinese Edition, only available in Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan, Laplace M - Vùng Đất Gió, or Laplace M.
The compensation process will be completed within 7 working days after you provide your information.
The gift pack compensation service will be launched on May 17th, 2021 at 14:00 (GMT +7). The compensation deadline is June 16th, 2021 at 14:00 (GMT +7). Please be sure not to miss it.
